Darryl “Lil Scrappy” Richardson filed a lawsuit against the Orlando, Florida police department in the amount of $250 million dollars.

The suit was filed in reaction to an incident that occurred during a concert at an Orlando high school.

Richardson and his manager, Tommy “Serious” Phillips, claim that they were mistreated and brutualized by the Orlando Police.

The lawsuit names the Orlando Police Department and the arresting officer Richard Bailey Jr. as defendants.

A Police investigation into the “Lil Scrappy” incident was launched shortly after it occurred.
